Shipping and Delivery

**Order Processing Time**

Most of our products are handcrafted and begin production after the order is placed. Therefore, the processing time for product orders is approximately 3-5 days. If the product is in stock, we may ship it in advance, but we do not make any guarantees.

Refund

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Usage Guidelines

Oxidation

Our products are crafted from silver with a purity of 99.9% (with a small amount of other elements used as solder in connection parts). Oxidation is nearly unavoidable, resulting in discoloration and a loss of surface luster.

Prevent Oxidation:

  1. Wear regularly, as the body's natural oils contribute to a warm, natural sheen (except for individuals with a tendency to tarnish silver).
  2. Store silver jewelry in a relatively dry, sealed environment when not in use, such as in a sealed bag.
  3. Avoid chemical substances: Minimize contact with bleach, sulfur-containing materials, and refrain from wearing silver jewelry during bathing, swimming, or hot spring activities, especially in seawater.
  4. Keep away from cosmetics: Avoid contact with cosmetics, hair dye, perfumes, etc.

Handling Oxidation:

  1. Use a specialized silver cleaning cloth.
  2. Clean with toothpaste: Apply a small amount of toothpaste (without abrasive particles) on the surface, gently scrub with a soft toothbrush dipped in warm water, and wipe dry with a soft cloth.
  3. Soak in specialized silver cleaning solution (follow the product instructions, avoid direct contact with skin or children). Use only if a silver cleaning cloth cannot restore the shine, as the solution may contain corrosive elements leading to yellowing.
  4. Seek professional maintenance from a silverware store.

Solder Separation

As our silver jewelry is handcrafted, some soldered areas may experience separation. In case of solder separation, please contact us at CustomerService@serendipity-aura.com for free repairs.

Deformation

Silver is a relatively soft metal and may experience deformation during use. Don't worry, as silver has good malleability. For minor deformations, you can easily reshape them by hand.

Ring or Bracelet Deformation:
Use a suitable-sized cylindrical object, slide the ring or bracelet onto it, and press lightly to restore its circular shape.

Severe Deformation:
If severe deformation occurs, take photos and send them to CustomerService@serendipity-aura.com. We will provide repair advice.
